Gone but not forgotten

I've been out of the office for a couple of days. My very funny co-workers apparently do think of me when I'm out of the office -- that is, when there's something weird in the vending machine.

We've never had the baseballs. The only other snowball-variety item was the one package of Lucky Puffs last year around St. Patrick's Day. There's got to be a formula for how our vending guy stocks the machine. I will crack the code!

I'll try this again.

That's a great novelty snack. It makes me hungry. Our vending guy puts the same crap in there every week. I'll start looking for the odd ball stuff and take a photo.

Forget the vending machines...

TRADER JOES IS HERE!!!!!!!!

(PS I'm just jealous because our office doesn't even have a vending machine)

You know what would be interesting?
A web site dedicated to vending machine snack foods from around the world! People could just post pictures/descriptions of their favorite (or least favorite) vm snacks. It makes you wonder; just what are people pulling out of those machines in Thailand or Saudi Arabia?
Personally, I'd vote for the Frito's Chili Cheese corn chips as the nastiest thing I've ever pulled out of a machine, although I think the sandwich machine here at work might have a few perfectly preserved specimens from 1988 or so still in it.

I love the Web site idea. It's much better than bathrooms around the world. I just heard about Trader Joes. Oh sweet grocery and other things shopping!
