E-mail hell
I have a love-hate relationship with e-mail, particularly at work. These two have described it much better than I.

Well ya. Yours aren't time sucks. They are lovely intervals in a hectic day. Often an opportunity to blast out a "Ha!" or snort that compels co-worker's to ask, "What?"
