What's in your iPod?

Whenever I see someone with an iPod I want to ask them, "What's in there?" I'm so intrigued by what people might be listening to. Podcasts? Books? What kind of music? (Right now for me, "And the band played on," by Simple Minds.)

I set up a playlist made up only of songs I've rated a 5 (nur fuenf). I can listen all day at work without hearing the same song twice. It's a beautiful thing.

You don't really want to know, do you?
Well, half of the space is taken up by 'tapes' our son loves to listen to. (We took the ipod with us on the plane...) So if you like stories about a talking elephant. Enjoy...
The rest is a weird mix of classics (Philipp Glass and Verdi) and Heavy Metal/Gothic.

I told you you wouldn't want to know...

There's a lot on it but I discovered U2 again and keep listening to them on and on and on.

Ah, U2. I just love them. Great band and they just keep fighting the system and injustice. I love that!

I have a lot of books on my iPod but none about a talking elephant! :)

My iPod is possessed and seems to be playing the same, say, 20-30 songs, over and over again. What's with that???

My Ipod contains a weird mix:
- NPR podcasts: Kerri Miller, Only a Game, Story of the Day abd The Economist
- Jazz: Miles Davis, Thelonius Monk, Dave Brubeck, George Benson
- The '70's: Steely Dan, James Taylor, The Who, Rolliong Stones
- The '80's and '90's: U2, Talking Heads, Sting, Peter Gabriel.
I've got a bad Itunes habit I'm trying to kick right now.
